December 31, 2020

Hans Brigham, the Office Managing Partner in Boston and a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices, has been recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for his work as a “top business lawyer across the commonwealth”. This award was given to 20 lawyers who are considered leaders in their field, innovative thinkers who present their clients with creative options, and viewed as the “best of the best” by their peers.

With more than two decades of experience advising companies and private equity firms on their most sophisticated transactions, Brigham’s published profiled highlights how he has built a reputation as a leading M&A and private equity lawyer not only in Boston, but in the US and globally. Brigham provides a broad range of transaction-based services for private equity, growth equity, and venture firms, as well as strategic acquirers and sellers. His experience includes leveraged buy-outs, management-led buy-outs, “take private” transactions, public company and public/private mergers, growth and equity venture capital investing and equity/debt recapitalizations.

Brigham was also recognized for his leadership of the Boston office. Joining the firm in 2011 and becoming Office Managing Partner in 2015, he now leads the nearly 100-lawyer-strong office, providing strategic vision, mentoring partners, and recruiting top talent.
