Latham Advises Equitrans Midstream Corporation in Transformative Actions

A multidisciplinary team led by members of the Houston office advised on the transaction.

Equitrans Midstream Corporation (NYSE: ETRN) and EQM Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: EQM) have announced transformative actions, including its acquisition of EQM Midstream Partners and share buy back from EQT.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Equitrans in the transactions with a corporate team led by Houston partners Ryan Maierson and Nick Dhesi with associates Ryan Lynch, Clayton Heery, Bryan Ryan, Drew Tengler-West, Jessica Sherman, and Sarah Dunn. The team advising on the gas gathering agreement with EQT was led by Houston partner Jonathan Castelan with associates Thomas Hillebrand, Sam Bentley, and Luke Strother.
