Latham & Watkins Advises Net Health in Acquisition of Tissue Analytics

Net Health, a premier provider of cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) software for specialized care settings, has announced that it has acquired Tissue Analytics, a pioneering developer of automated mobile wound and skin imaging and predictive analytics solutions.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Net Health in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Washington, D.C. partners Paul Sheridan and Marc Granger, with associates Mariclaire Petty and Gabrielle Blum.
