Latham & Watkins Advises the Underwriters in Brigham Minerals’ Upsized Secondary Public Offering

A Houston-based team advised the underwriters in the leading mineral and royalty company’s offering.

Brigham Minerals, Inc. (Brigham Minerals or the Company) has announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 6,600,000 shares of its Class A common stock (common stock) by certain of its stockholders, at a price to the public of US$13.75 per share. Certain of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 990,000 shares of Brigham Minerals’ common stock.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a Houston-based team led by partner David Miller, with associates Monica White, Om Pandya, Lexi Udeh, and Kate Wang. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partners Tim Fenn and Jim Cole, with associate Chelsea Muñoz-Patchen; and on environmental matters by Houston partner Joel Mack with Los Angeles counsel Joshua Marnitz.
