Latham & Watkins Adds Energy M&A Partner in Moscow

Arrival of Alexander Gomonov further enhances the firm’s oil & gas and mining credentials in Russia and globally.

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Alexander Gomonov has joined the Moscow office as a partner in the Corporate Department. Gomonov’s practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on a variety of complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, with a particular focus on the oil & gas and mining sectors. He also has significant expertise advising companies and executives on a range of regulatory, compliance, and general corporate law matters.
