Latham & Watkins Advises Cerner Corporation in Acquisition of Kantar Health

Combination creates leading data insights and clinical research platform.

Cerner Corporation announced an agreement to acquire Kantar Health, a division of Kantar Group, for $375 million in cash, subject to adjustment.
