Latham & Watkins advised Brigade-M3
European Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by
Brigade SPAC Sponsor II LLC, with the strategic partner M3 Euro SPAC Sponsor I,
LP, on its successful US$250 million raise via a private placement of units.
The company was incorporated in the Cayman
Islands and listed on Euronext Amsterdam for the purpose of effecting a
business combination with an operating company with significant operations in
Europe, which has positively benefited from a structural shift caused by the
COVID-19 pandemic or has been negatively impacted by a temporary dislocation
caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Latham team was led by London corporate
