Latham & Watkins advised Global-e Online (Global-e), the world's leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce, on its initial public offering on Nasdaq.

The initial public offering priced at the top of the range at US$25 a share.

The cross-border Latham deal team was led by corporate partners Josh Kiernan and Nathan Ajiashvili with associates Sal Vanchieri, Gilad Zohari, and Nick Reist.
