Latham & Watkins Advises on Interpipe’s US$300 Million Bond

London and Moscow capital markets team counsels on global steel pipe producer’s 5-year Eurobond.

Latham & Watkins advised the joint lead managers and bookrunners on Interpipe’s successful pricing of its new US$300 million guaranteed notes due 2026 in international capital markets. Interpipe is a global producer of steel pipes for all major fields of application based in Ukraine.

The issuance was priced at 8.375% annual yield. The proceeds will be used for the payment of special dividend to Interpipe’s shareholders and for general corporate purposes.

Latham continues to be the market leader in Ukrainian capital markets where it regularly acts for issuers and underwriters on a variety of offerings.

Latham’s deal team was led by corporate partners David Stewart, James Burnett and Vladimir Mikhailovsky, with associates Amina Tsatiashvili and Vadim Popov.
