Latham & Watkins Advises on Nayax IPO

The listing is the largest ever tech IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Latham & Watkins advised Jefferies as sole global coordinator on the successful IPO of Nayax, a global leader in digital, cashless, connected payment and commerce solutions primarily focused on unattended retail, on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The Nayax IPO represents the largest ever technology IPO by both deal size and market cap on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and is the second largest TASE IPO in the last 10 years. The IPO raised NIS 767 million (US$237 million).

The Latham team was led by corporate partner Josh Kiernan with associates Gilad Zohari and Patrick Maguire, and capital markets lawyer Irene Pistotnik.
