Latham & Watkins Advises Blue Bite in Acquisition by Markem-Imaje

Blue Bite, the world’s leading connected products platform, has announced that it has been acquired by Markem-Imaje, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dover Corporation. Blue Bite adds its innovative consumer engagement solutions to Markem-Imaje’s best-in-class product identification, traceability, and brand protection solutions.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Blue Bite in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by New York partner Peyton Worley and Los Angeles counsel Scott French, with New York associate Dian Yu.
