Latham & Watkins Advises on HireRight’s IPO

Firm represents underwriters in offering by the provider of comprehensive background screening, verification, identification, monitoring, and drug and health screening services.

HireRight has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 22,222,222 shares of its common stock at US$19.00 per share. As part of the offering, the Company has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,333,333 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 29, 2021 under the symbol “HRT,” and the offering is expected to close on November 2, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
