Latham & Watkins Advises Odyssey Investment Partners in SIAA Investment

A New York-based deal team is advising on Odyssey’s acquisition of the nation’s leading alliance of independent insurance agencies.

SIAA (Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance), the nation's leading alliance of independent insurance agencies, has announced that Odyssey Investment Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm with a successful track record in insurance services, has partnered with the SIAA management team to acquire the Company.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Odyssey Investment Partners in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners John Giouroukakis and Paul Kukish and counsel Michael Vardanian, with associates Molly Ryan, Daniel Williams, Anika Amin, and Joshua Meyer.
