Latham & Watkins Advises SLR Investment Corp. in Debt Facility for Vapotherm

New US$125 million five-year term debt facility includes US$100 million drawn at closing and US$25 million available in 2023.

Vapotherm, Inc., a global medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of non-invasive technologies for respiratory support of patients with chronic or acute breathing disorders, has announced the successful closing of a new US$125 million five-year term debt facility with US $100 million drawn at closing and US$25 million available in 2023 (upon the achievement of a revenue milestone) provided by SLR Investment Corp. and funds managed by SLR Investment Corp.
