Latham & Watkins Advises Trumid in US$200 Million Growth Capital Investment led by Dragoneer Investment Group

Firm harnessed fintech, capital markets, and tax expertise to represent the financial technology company and fixed income electronic trading platform in the financing round.

Trumid, a financial technology company and fixed income electronic trading platform, has announced the completion of a US$200 million growth capital investment led by Dragoneer Investment Group. TPG and funds and accounts managed by BlackRock and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. joined Dragoneer as new Trumid investors.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Trumid in the financing round with a corporate team led by Washington, D.C. partner Mitch Rabinowitz, with counsel Masha Smith and associate Kelsey Nussenfeld.
