Latham & Watkins Advises Underwriters in Haymaker Acquisition Corp. III’s US$300 Million IPO

Corporate and tax team represent the underwriters in the offering by the blank check company.

Haymaker Acquisition Corp. III, a blank check company, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 30 million units at a price of US$10 per unit. The units will be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market and trade under the ticker symbol “HYACU” beginning on March 2, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of US$11.50 per share. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ under the symbols "HYAC" and "HYACW," respectively.
