Global Competition Review (GCR) has ranked Latham & Watkins’ Antitrust & Competition practice as “Highly Recommended” in its 2012 Brussels survey. In naming Latham “among the city’s best,” GCR recognized the firm’s commendable work split between merger control and behavioral matters and highlighted high profile cartel work carried out by the practice. GCR stated: “Latham & Watkins has big plans for its Brussels competition team” and noted global co-chair of the practice Michael Egge’s move from Washington, D.C. to Brussels.

Attorneys in the firm’s practice cited in GCR’s Brussels competition bar survey include Matteo Bay, Javier Ruiz Calzado, Michael Egge, Marc Hansen, Jean Paul Poitras, Howard Rosenblatt, Andreas Weitbrecht and Susanne Zuehlke.
