Latham & Watkins LLP Advises SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in Devoted Health’s US$1.15 Billion Series D Financing

Devoted Health, a leading health company working to improve health and well-being for older Americans, has announced that it has closed on US$1.15 billion of Series D funding. The round was led by Uprising, with SoftBank Vision Fund 2 co-leading with the largest investment.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in the financing with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Saad Khanani and Ben Potter, with Bay Area associate Christopher Pham and Century City associate Kojo Hayward.
