Firm Represents Fertitta Entertainment, LLC (f/k/a Golden Nugget, LLC) in Private Offering of US$2.25 Billion Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Secured Notes and Senior Notes

Fertitta Entertainment, LLC (f/k/a Golden Nugget, LLC), a multinational, diversified gaming, restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment company, has announced that it has priced an offering of US$2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, comprising US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.625% senior secured notes due 2029 and US$1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.75% senior notes due 2030. The notes were offered to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, and outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on January 27, 2022, and is subject to customary conditions.
