Latham & Watkins Represents Sempra Energy in $1.25 Billion Notes Offering

Firm represents the energy infrastructure company in the offering.

Sempra Energy closed on March 24, 2022, its underwritten offering of US$750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.300% Notes due 2025 and US$500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.700% Notes due 2029. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Sempra Energy in the offering with a corporate team led by San Diego partner Michael Sullivan, with New York associate Matthew DeSilva and San Diego associates Brian Daley and Giannina Marciano.
