Nick Eberhart


Nick Eberhart is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Eberhart represents a variety of clients including developers, sponsors, land owners, and financial institutions in connection with environmental and energy matters. He focuses on energy project development, environmental regulatory compliance, carbon transactions, and land use matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Eberhart worked as a management consultant and taught history as a Teach for America corps member. While in law school, he participated in the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic as well as the Environmental Law Review. He spent his third year of law school as an exchange student at the University of California, Berkeley where he earned a Certificate of Specialization in Energy and Clean Technology Law and a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law.
