  • Wynn Resorts, in connection with the financing of the Wynn Everett resort in Massachusetts 
  • Energy Capital Partners, in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of waste-to-energy facilities
  • Sovereign Bank, in connection with the financing of the LS Power solar project known as “Arlington Valley” 
  • A major bank in connection with the refinancing of credit facilities for the Sugarhouse casino in Philadelphia
  • Warner Gaming, LLC, in connection with the financing, development and construction of a hotel and casino in Sioux City, Iowa

In law school, Mr. Farraj served as an editor of the Human Rights Law Review and was recognized as a James Kent Scholar.

Mr. Farraj was awarded the Jane Marks Murphy Prize for his advocacy on behalf of low-income recipients of public assistance.
