Brett LoVellette’s practice covers a variety of transactional matters, representing clients across Southeast Asia and the United States on bank and acquisition financings and project development and finance transactions. Mr. LoVellette also has experience advising on corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining the Tokyo office, Mr. LoVellette worked in Latham’s Singapore and New York offices.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. LoVellette clerked for the Deputy Chief Justice of the Republic of Uganda, The Hon. Lady Justice Laetitia E.M. Mukasa-Kikonyogo (2009-2010).
