Caitlin Dahl is a member of both the Litigation & Trial Department and the Environmental, Land & Resources Department. Since joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Dahl has represented companies in complex commercial and environmental litigation, international arbitrations, domestic arbitrations, and multidistrict class action litigations.

Additionally, Ms. Dahl has devoted considerable time to pro bono work for women who have been victims of domestic violence, and LGBT asylum seekers. She is also a member of the firm's Training & Career Enhancement (TACE) Committee.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Dahl graduated from Notre Dame Law School where she participated in the National Appellate Moot Court team.

Ms. Dahl’s experience includes representation of a:

  • Global truck and engine manufacturer in investigations related to the company’s engine technology
  • Global truck and engine manufacturer in litigation involving the Clean Air Act
  • Regulated public utility in an ICC arbitration relating to the replacement of steam generators
  • Paris-based advertising company in an ICC arbitration relating to the development of a software solution
  • Biopharmaceutical company in an AAA arbitration relating to the development and commercialization of an antibody
