  • J.P. Morgan Securities plc on the first lien and second lien financing for the acquisition of Euroports by a consortium comprising Monaco Resources Group S.A.M., ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen NV, and Federale Participatie en Investeringsmaatschappij
  • Sunrise Communications AG in relation to the debt structuring aspects of its proposed CHF6.3 billion acquisition of UPC Switzerland
  • The mandated lead arrangers and underwriters on the additional financing aspects for the acquisition of Stada Arzneimittel AG by Bain Capital and Cinven
  • Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Sucursal en España, ING Bank N.V., Sucursal en España, and UniCredit Bank AG on the financing for the acquisition of  Europea De Madrid by Permira Advisers LLP
  • Credit Suisse International, Deutsche Bank AG, Lloyds Bank plc, Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited, and Royal Bank of Canada on the financing for the acquisition of Zellis by Bain Capital Private Equity
  • Banco Santander, S.A., Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited, Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, and Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited on revolving credit facility, concurrent with a €575 million senior secured PIK toggle notes financing of Hellman & Friedman and GIC’s acquisition of Allfunds Bank S.A.
  • J.P. Morgan Limited, BNP Paribas S.A., Lloyds Bank plc, Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited, Royal Bank of Canada, and US Bank National Association on a revolving credit facility, concurrent with a US$415 million and €330 million senior secured notes and US$250 million senior notes offering refinancing of Carlson Wagonlit Travel
  • J.P. Morgan Securities plc, HSBC Bank plc, Barclays Bank PLC, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (as agent for National Westminster Bank plc), and Santander UK plc on a revolving credit facility, concurrent with a £370 million and US$250 million bond offering, in connection with Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company’s acquisition of a majority interest in the McLaren Group
  • J.P. Morgan Securities plc in connection with certain add on financings incurred by the McLaren Group
  • Goldman Sachs International and NIBC Bank N.V. in relation to a €444 million senior and second lien loan financing in connection with Goldman Sachs PIA’s acquisition of the Caldic Group
  • Citigroup Global Markets Limited, The Governor and Company of The Bank of Ireland, ING Bank N.V., Société Générale, Sucursal en España, and UniCredit Bank AG, London Branch in relation to a US$360 million senior facilities agreement in connection with the Mercator Group’s (a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus) senior and second lien loan financing for the acquisition of the Accelya Group
  • Various investment banks and financial institutions in connection with the commitment paper and bid processes for several European top-tier sponsor led acquisition debt financing
  • Sunrise Communications AG, a publicly listed Swiss telecommunications provider based in Zurich, on a revolving credit facility and term loan facility, concurrent with a CHF500 million bond offering
