Nate Amory is a partner in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Amory’s practice focuses on representing growth equity firms and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in connection with:

  • Acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, partnerships, and minority investments   
  • Reorganizations, asset and business division carve-outs, and corporate restructurings
  • General corporate matters

Mr. Amory has significant experience representing founders, investors, and acquirors in public and private acquisition and sale transactions in a variety of industry sectors, including retail, technology, SaaS, energy, healthcare, and telecommunications systems and infrastructure.

In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Amory dedicates significant time to pro bono clients, including serving as outside counsel to Minds Matter, a nonprofit organization that assists low income, highly motivated high school students achieve success and prepare them for college.
