Adebola Ogunsanya is an associate in Latham & Watkins' London office, and a member of the firm's Corporate Department. His practice focuses on capital markets and securities regulation.

Mr. Ogunsanya represents investment banks, private equity firms, and companies in public and private debt and equity offerings with a particular emphasis on issuances of high yield debt securities and leveraged transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Ogunsanya was an associate at a large Nigerian law firm, where he advised development finance institutions, commercial lenders, and sponsors on the establishment of gas-fired and renewable independent power projects in various parts of Nigeria.

Mr. Ogunsanya received an LLM at Columbia Law School where he was a member of the Columbia Business and Law Association, Law in Africa Student Society, and Black Law Students Association.
