Alex Kelly, Global Vice Chair of the Private Equity Practice, represents private equity firms, financial institutions, asset managers and other public and private companies in corporate transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services/asset management, infrastructure, consumer retail, and technology.

  • Onex, a global asset manager, in the acquisition of Falcon Investment Advisors, a private equity asset manager
  • Ares, a global asset manager, in the acquisition of the Black Creek Group, a real estate investment manager
  • PIMCO, a global asset manager, in the acquisitions of Allianz Real Estate, a real estate asset manager, and Gurtin Municipal Bond Management, a fixed-income asset manager
