Ms. Galinsky’s experience encompasses a range of industries that include energy, retail and consumer, technology, and infrastructure, among others. In 2016, she was seconded to Credit Suisse where she advised the board of directors and corporate secretary on general corporate matters.

As part of her active pro bono practice, Ms. Galinsky represents victims of domestic violence in obtaining protection under VAWA, individuals seeking asylum in the United States, and nonprofit organizations on general legal matters.

She previously served on Latham’s Recruiting Committee.

Ms. Galinsky’s experience includes advising:

  • Orsted in its acquisition of the Muscle Shoals solar project, a 294-MW project in Colbert County, Alabama
  • Ares EIF in its sale of 49.9% of the membership interests in Phoenix Wind Repower
  • ArcLight Capital Partners in the acquisition of Axeon Marketing LLC, an asphalt company producer, from Axeon Specialty Products LLC
  • ArcLight Capital in the sale of NET Midstream, a provider of midstream natural gas transportation services, to NextEra Energy Partners
  • Astorg Partners in a consortium along with Nordic Capital and Novo Holdings, in connection with the merger of their portfolio company eResearchTechnologies with BioClinica, a technological and scientific leader in clinical imaging
  • Astorg Partners in its investment in eResearchTechnology, a leading clinical trial technology and data company
  • CVC Capital Partners in its acquisition of The Alpha Corporation of Tennessee, a leading producer of polyester resins
  • Odyssey Investment Partners in its sale of Pexco, a leading specialty plastics manufacturer, to PPC Industries, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Co.
  • Odyssey Investment Partners in its acquisition of Barcodes, a leading solution provider of products and services that enable businesses to digitally capture and act on data
  • Energy Capital Partners in its acquisition of Gopher Resource, a leading recycler of spent automotive, industrial, and stationary batteries
  • Energy Capital Partners in its sale of EnergySolutions, a leading international nuclear services company that provides services and solutions to safely recycle, process, and dispose of nuclear material
  • Leeds Equity Partners in its acquisition and sale of Scaled Agile, a provider of software and systems development consulting services
  • GVC Holdings PLC in the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture with MGM Resorts International to create a world-class sports betting and online gaming platform in the United States
