  • American Airlines, in its registered offering of US$1.096 billion of pass through trust certificates (EETCs)
  • Aon, in connection with its registered offering of 3.750% Senior Notes due 2029 guaranteed by Aon plc
  • Dubai Aerospace Enterprises, an aircraft leasing company, in connection with its 144A offering of US$1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2021 and Senior Notes due 2023
  • Entercom Media, a radio broadcasting company and radio network operator, in connection with its 6.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2027
  • Leggett & Platt, an international industrial manufacturer, in connection with its registered offering of 4.40% Senior Notes due 2029
  • The Toro Company, an equipment manufacturer, in connection with its private placement of 3.81% Senior Notes and 3.91% Senior Notes
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Mercer International’s 5.500% Senior Notes due 2026
  • The underwriters in the IPO of Bellring Brands’ Class A Common Stock
  • The initial purchasers in connection with Post Holdings’ 144A offering of 5.625% Senior Notes due 2028
