Brittany J. Ehardt is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Ehardt’s primary practice areas include securities and professional liability litigation, and white collar defense & investigations.
Ms. Ehardt has experience representing public companies and directors and officers in a variety of complex civil and securities class action matters in both state and federal court. Ms. Ehardt has also conducted numerous investigations and has represented clients in government regulatory actions.
Ms. Ehardt maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting immigrant victims of domestic violence in obtaining the protections and benefits of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and other laws.
Ms. Ehardt earned her JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as articles editor for the Notre Dame Law Review. She also served as an oralist on the Moot Court Board. After graduating law school, Ms. Ehardt served as a law clerk for Judge Gerald J. Pappert of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to Law School, Ms. Ehardt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University.
