Caitlin Campbell is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Campbell’s primary practice groups include securities litigation and complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Campbell has represented major companies in securities class actions, copyright litigation, contract disputes, and corporate governance matters. Ms. Campbell has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting and defending against motions, assisting with fact and expert discovery, managing large-scale document productions, and preparing for trial.
Before joining the firm full-time, Ms. Campbell clerked for Judge Andrew J. Guilford in the Central District of California, and served as a summer extern for Judge Dean D. Pregerson in the Central District of California.
Ms. Campbell received her JD from the UCLA School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the UCLA Law Review. While at UCLA, Ms. Campbell received three Masin Family Academic Excellence Awards.
