  • Large privately-held company in its repurchase of preferred equity interests and the implementation of its management incentive program*
  • Major medical device and pharmaceutical company in its acquisition of a manufacturer of orthopedic implants for small bone fixation and its acquisition of a manufacturer of structural heart devices*
  • Medical technology company in its acquisition of a company dedicated to improving the safety and delivery of IV injectable medications*
  • Publicly-held technology company in its acquisition of a manufacturer specializing in photonic integration and its acquisition of a developer of custom fiber optic and electronic products*
