  • Antares Capital in its first lien credit facilities that financed Ridgemont Equity Partners’ acquisition of Agape Care Group, a leading hospice, palliative, and pediatric comfort care provider
  • Golub Capital in its unitranche credit facilities to refinance the existing debt facilities of Risk Strategies, a Kelso portfolio company and leading US insurer and risk management advice provider
  • Owl Rock in its first lien credit facilities that financed Bridgepoint’s acquisition of BP Veraison Holdings (dba Sun World), one of the world’s largest plant variety breeders and licensors of proprietary produce
  • Whitehorse Capital in its first lien credit facilities that financed a private equity backed acquisition of True Blue Car Wash
Syndicated Lending Transactions
  • Goldman Sachs in the cross-border credit facilities that financed Onex’s acquisition of WireCo WorldGroup, a leading manufacturer of durable wire and synthetic rope for the mining industry
  • Jefferies Finance in the first lien senior secured term loan and revolver and second lien secured term loan in connection with Francisco Partners’ acquisition of BeyondTrust (fka Bomgar), a company that develops privileged identity management, access management, privileged remote access, and vulnerability management products
  • JPMorgan Chase in the secured cross-border credit facilities to finance Cimpress’ restructuring of its existing debt facilities, including redemption of its second lien notes
