Corey Attaway is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Mr. Attaway represents companies in complex civil and criminal antitrust cases, and consumer class action litigation. He also assists companies with compliance counseling and internal corporate investigations. Mr. Attaway has particular experience defending clients in international and domestic antitrust cartel matters, including government investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice and other competition authorities around the world.
Mr. Attaway’s practice focuses on pro bono work as well. As part of that work, Mr. Attaway helped achieve a favorable settlement for a class of plaintiffs in federal court that resolved claims of familial discrimination, and assisted individuals fleeing persecution in their home countries with applying for asylum protections in the United States.
