Emma Eastwood-Paticchio is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.
Ms. Eastwood-Paticchio represents public and private companies in a variety of litigation and investigatory matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Ms. Eastwood-Paticchio served as a law clerk to Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr., of the US District Court for the District of Maine. She received her JD from Stanford Law School. While there, she served as a senior editor of the Stanford Law Review and managing editor of the Stanford Technology Law Review, worked as a teaching assistant and a research assistant, and earned Highest Pro Bono Distinction.
Prior to law school, Ms. Eastwood-Paticchio worked as a research analyst for the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
