  • Leica Camera AG on the acquisition of a majority stake in Perpetual Exposure Trading LLC*
  • A Japanese company in relation to the acquisition of a majority stake in a UAE power distribution company*
  • A UAE based manufacturer and supplier of oilfield and natural gas equipment on the sale of one of its subsidiaries*
  • A waste collection services company in relation to the sale of one of its subsidiaries in the UAE*
  • A leading luxury timepiece and jewelry retailer in the UAE in relation to a joint venture with a Korean eyewear brand*
