Gabriella Kapp is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Kapp’s practice focuses on civil antitrust litigation, cartel matters, and complex commercial disputes. She has represented US and international companies across various industries, including technology and consumer products.

Ms. Kapp also has experience handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including breach of contract disputes.

Ms. Kapp spends substantial time on pro bono work, including representing a single mother in a habitability dispute against her landlord where she and her team achieved a favorable settlement for the client.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Kapp was a summer associate in the San Francisco office.

Ms. Kapp earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as article editor and events editor of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law.
