  • Peninsula Pacific, a US-based consumer and industrial private equity investor, in its proposed business combination of Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. to Industrea Acquisition Corp. 
  • The lenders on the project financing in connection with a refined products forward sale in Arab Republic of Egypt
  • A Saudi Arabian bank in relation to a claim arising from the Al-Sanea / Al-Gosaibi dispute in excess of US$300 million brought in the English High Court by liquidators of a Cayman Islands company 
  • RPC Group in its acquisition of ESE World, a Netherlands-based manufacturer of temporary storage systems for waste and recyclable materials, from Stirling Square Capital Partners
  • TA Associates in its acquisition of a 25% stake in Interswitch Limited, a Nigeria-based payment processing company
  • Sheremetyevo International Airport in connection with the RUB6 billion sale of Valdivostok Airport to a consortium of investors
  • Bain Capital on its acquisition of Consolis, a France-based industrial group specialized in the design and manufacture of high-performance per-cast concrete products
