Gilad Zohari is an associate at Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Israel Practice.

Mr. Zohari advises both public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other general corporate matters. Gilad also advises underwriters, initial purchasers, and issuers in capital markets transactions including public and private equity offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Zohari served as a clerk to Hon. Justice A. Grunis (ret.), President of the Supreme Court of Israel.

Mr. Zohari's experience includes advising:

  • Mellanox Technologies, the supplier of computer networking products, on its US$7 billion sale to NVIDIA Corporation
  • Searchlight Capital Partners on its US$3.4 billion acquisition of the controlling stake in Bezeq, the Israeli telecoms company

  • The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on its NIS 225 million IPO on the TASE
  • Fiverr on its US$120 million follow-on offering on NYSE
  • The underwriters on Audiocodes’s US$91 million follow-on offering on Nasdaq
  • Itamar Medical on its US$30 million IPO on Nasdaq
  • Fiverr on its US$110 million IPO on NYSE
  • Sapphire Ventures on its $150 million series D financing of
  • Consortium led by CC Capital in its US$6.9 billion acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE: DNB)*
