Gilad Zohari is an associate at Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Israel Practice.

Mr. Zohari advises both public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other general corporate matters. Gilad also advises underwriters, initial purchasers, and issuers in capital markets transactions including public and private equity offerings.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Zohari served as a clerk to Hon. Justice A. Grunis (ret.), President of the Supreme Court of Israel.
