  • J.P. Morgan and other leading financial institutions in bond financings for INEOS, a global chemical company
  • Goldman Sachs and other leading financial institutions in the issuance of debt securities by Cable & Wireless, a Liberty Global group company
  • Wagamama, a restaurant operator, in the refinancing of their debt securities
  • J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, and several other underwriters, as global coordinators and joint book-runners, in the offering of US$1,015 million debt securities byCarlson Wagonlit Travel, a travel management services provider, to refinance existing debt
  • Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, BBVA, and UniCredit, as joint book-runners, in the offering of €600 million debt securities by Lecta S.A.
