Jan Michael Danelzik is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Düsseldorf office. Mr. Danelzik mainly advises German and international companies and financial investors on M&A and private equity transactions, restructurings, and general corporate law.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Danelzik gained practical experience as part of his legal clerkship at other international law firms in Düsseldorf and London and at a leading investment bank in Frankfurt.
