Jeffrey Lawlis is a partner in the Milan and London offices of Latham & Watkins. 

Mr. Lawlis' practice focuses primarily on corporate finance, including leveraged finance and high yield transactions. He also advises on other debt and equity capital markets offerings and liability management transactions, company representation, and general securities law matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lawlis represents companies, sponsors, and investment banks in various industries on a wide range of public and private cross-border transactions, particularly in the Italian, Spanish, and Greek markets.
