Jesse Lake is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Lake advises public and private companies, including financial and strategic investors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public debt and equity offerings, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters. His experience spans various industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and others.

Mr. Lake maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling low-income entrepreneurs in the New York Small Business clinic and advocating for cancer patients through the Cancer Advocacy Project.

While attending Emory University School of Law, Mr. Lake served as an editor for the Emory Law Journal, in which he published “Virtual Reality and its Risks to Identity Protection.” He earned the C. Henrikson Scholarship and was a member of the TI:GER program, which advises local technology entrepreneurs on legal and business strategies.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Lake was a summer associate in the New York office.
