Jessica Saba is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. She primarily handles complex commercial litigation and trial work, but she also has experience in appellate law and white collar defense, including related to the False Claims Act. She has represented clients in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level, as well as in arbitrations, in jurisdictions around the country. Among other areas, she has practiced in commercial and corporate disputes; intellectual property litigations; sexual abuse allegations; and class actions.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Saba was a clerk for Judge Ronald Lee Gilman of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Ms. Saba earned her JD from the University of Virginia, where she served as the assistant managing editor of the Virginia Law Review and the president of the Virginia Innocence Project Pro Bono Clinic. During law school, Ms. Saba also interned for Judge Gene E.K. Pratter on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
