Johan Dagergard is an associate in the firm’s London office. His practice focuses on international capital markets with an emphasis on initial public offerings and other equity transactions, as well as private M&A transactions.

Mr. Dagergard has also worked in the firm’s New York office advising on US registered securities offerings. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Dagergard was working as an associate in the Stockholm office of another global law firm.

  • The underwriters, led by Citigroup and J.P. Morgan, on Marel hf.’s 370 million public offering and secondary listing on Euronext Amsterdam
  • iZettle and its shareholders on the US$2.2 billion acquisition of iZettle by PayPal Inc.
  • The underwriters, led by Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Danske Bank, on the DKK3.6 billion IPO and listing of Netcompany Group A/S on Nasdaq Copenhagen
  • The underwriters and dealer managers, Barclays, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and J.P. Morgan, on Nokia Corporation’s SEC registered issue of US$500 million 3.375% Notes due 2022 and US$500 million 4.375% Notes due 2027 and its concurrent refinancing of existing notes through a tender offer and consent solicitation
  • The underwriters, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Jefferies, on the US$152 million IPO and listing of J. Jill, Inc. on the New York Stock Exchange
  • Ambea and its owners, KKR and Triton, on the SEK2.0 billion IPO and listing of Ambea on Nasdaq Stockholm
  • Mobile TeleSystems PJSC on its SEC registered issuer tender offers for common stock (including common stock represented by ADSs listed on the New York Stock Exchange) each for up to US$78 million
  • The sole underwriter, Jefferies LLC, on the US$41 million secondary public offering of Nasdaq listed Fox Factory Holding Corp. by one of its existing stockholders and the concurrent repurchase by the Company of shares from the selling stockholder
  • The underwriters, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan, on the US$238 million IPO and listing of Cotiviti Holdings, Inc. on the New York Stock Exchange
  • Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) on the divestment of its entire holding in AB Industrivärden (publ) through an accelerated bookbuilding amounting to SEK4.5 billion
  • Scandic Hotels and its owner, EQT, on the SEK3.0 billion IPO and listing of Scandic on Nasdaq Stockholm
  • Nobina AB on its SEK1.9 billion IPO and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm
  • Hoist Finance on its SEK2.9 billion IPO and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm
  • The underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, and SEB, on the SEK2.9 billion IPO and listing of Eltel on Nasdaq Stockholm
  • Nordic Capital on the offering of an aggregate principal amount of €1.5 billion of senior secured and senior notes by affiliates of Nordic Capital to finance the acquisition of Lindorff
  • The underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs, Nordea, and UBS, on the €1.1 billion IPO and listing of ISS on Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen
  • The underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley and Nordea, on the DKK2.4 billion IPO of Matas A/S on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen
