John Jameson, a partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins, practices commercial law and has extensive experience in a broad array of commercial finance transactions, including numerous types of loan transactions and structured finance transactions.

Mr. Jameson is the Chair of the Global Opinions and Confirmations Committee. He has represented institutional lenders, borrowers, equity sponsors, and others in the following types of matters:
