  • CVC and its portfolio company Domestic & General, the UK’s leading appliance care specialist, in the refinancing of D&G’s existing capital structure with new bond issuances and revolving credit lines
  • Platinum Equity in connection with the senior financing of its acquisition of the Iberconsa group
  • Soho House, an international private members’ club, in relation to its financing matters
  • The arrangers on the financing for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC’s acquisition of FH Investments Limited, a holding company, through its subsidiaries, operates restaurants, delis, and bars
  • The underwriters in connection with £175 million senior facilities in respect of Infracapital’s acquisition of a “last mile” infrastructure company
  • The underwriters in connection with the financing of a minority acquisition by First State Investments
