Marc Jaffe, Global Chair of Latham & Watkins’ Corporate Department, represents leading companies, investment banking firms, and investors in both public and private equity and debt offerings and corporate matters.
Mr. Jaffe regularly handles high-profile and precedent-setting corporate matters on behalf of prominent US and foreign companies, investment banks, private equity and venture capital funds, and other investors. His broad industry experience includes the technology, entertainment, retail and consumer, financial services, gaming, hospitality, manufacturing, energy, and media and telecommunications sectors.
