Marina Yamashita is an associate in the Tokyo office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Yamashita worked in the Tokyo office of another leading international law firm.

  • Multinational companies on their investments in real estate assets in Japan*
  • Various lead managers on international capital markets transactions, including an equity offering and a medium term note program*
